AI Engineer
Build the AI systems behind our products and services — LLM apps, retrieval and agents — and keep them running for the clients who depend on them.
What you'll do
- Design and ship LLM-powered features: RAG pipelines, agents, tool use and workflows
- Own evaluation: test sets, metrics and regression checks before every release
- Take systems to production with sensible latency, cost and monitoring
- Run and improve the AI-powered services we deliver for clients
- Work directly with clients to turn fuzzy problems into measurable ones
What we're looking for
- 2+ years building software that reached real users
- Strong Python or TypeScript
- Hands-on experience with LLM APIs, retrieval or agent frameworks
- Clear written communication
